PRODUCT REVIEW: MILANI HD ADVANCED LIP COLOR (SWATCHES)

Upside Down: Classy Nude, Romantic Rose

What its describe as:
Milani introduces 3 in 1 lip color that nourishes, hydrates, and delivers a sheer wash of color with clarity and perfect radiant shine. It instantly comforts dry, chapped lips, and provides long term moisturization.

What I think about it?
This is make a very good lipstick! I'm so happy with this product so far. My lips has been so dry and chapped lately because of cold weather; well, it's not that cold here, but still. But this lipstick doesn't make your lips feel dry, it does feel comfortable as its claim though!
However, I don't think you should use this as a lip moisturizer. Yes, does feels moisturizing but it doesn't provide long term moisturization like its described. This is still a lipstick no matter what, and there is no lipstick compared to lip balm. I will never switch my lip balm for lipstick. because for dry lips, nothing can help your lips except lip balm. But if you're the kind of girl that love lipstick but rarely can use it because you have a cracked lips like me, you can definitely wear this over your chapstick and your lips will feel amazing :)

Talk bout the color wise, it does provides you a good amount of color but not very pigmented (think Dior Addict or Revlon Lip Butter). I personally love this kind of lipstick because you don't have to be extra careful when you apply this!

What about the packaging?
For me, I don't have any issues with the packaging at all. When the first time I saw this product at the drugstore, I notice it was look exactly like Dior Serum de Rouge Luminous Color Lip Treatment. Was it a dupe for that? I don't know, because I don't have the Dior one. but as far as it goes, I love this lipstick probably even more that my Revlon Lip Butter

Both of the color that I purchased suits my skin-tone really well too (I'm in NC 20)

Here is the Dior Serum de Rouge Luminous Color Lip Treatment looks like:

Pretty Similar right???

PRODUCT REVIEW: CETAPHIL MOISTURIZING CREAM

I suffering from a dry skin for the last couple month. I'm not sure why, but this winter time, my skin has a lot of dry patches and it's just doesn't look beautiful at all, especially when i wear make up.
My sleeping time also pretty messed up lately and that is probably why!
So, i came my across my cabinet and i found this baby :)

Here is the description according to Cetaphil website:

A creamy formula ideal for dry, sensitive skin.

For dry, sensitive skin, Cetaphil® Moisturizing Cream is a non-greasy cream formula that is excellent for the hands, feet, elbows and knees — anywhere that requires intensive moisturizing. It is also appropriate for facial use and is fragrance-free. For over 20 years, dermatologists have been recommending Cetaphil® Moisturizing Cream to help alleviate symptoms of mild to severe dry skin, as well as symptoms of dry skin associated with conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
My skin also got pretty dry last winter but not as bad, and i started using this Cetaphil cream and it works wonder. Keep in mind that i have a sensitive skin, and I don't have any problem with this product at all. So, I think that they keep their words this product is suitable for sensitive skin.
I mostly use this as a face moisturizer. The consistency of this product is pretty thick, but absorbs pretty quickly for a thick cream. It leaves your skin nice and soft. My dry patches are gone now but I do have to reapply a couple times a day. However, because of its thickness, I can't wear this under my make up, and just use it as a nighttime moisturizer or the day when I don't wear any make up(which is a lot). This stuffs is a keeper!
